JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to assist our growing Real Estate Investing Team!

You will be the first point of contact, follow up and lead generating Superstar for our customers.

As an Agent you will prospect for and acquire new professional salespeople, individuals who previously showed interest in learning how to invest in Real Estate, and/or agreed target market on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources of your choice. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our database system.

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, loves speaking with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness.
This person has the drive, staying power and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

Real Estate experience a plus, but we are looking for the right person to train.

This is an opportunity to have a set schedule and a base salary while being in real estate and earning very good commission as you progress in your sales career. We are looking for a person or persons who can talk fluently in real estate terms and understands what our company does.

What we need:
-Individuals who can book appointments
-Previous phone sales experience at least 1 year
-Must have a reliable computer with a recent operating system Windows 7-10, High Sierra/Mojave for MAC
-Have fast & reliable internet at least 5MBPS
-A quiet place to work ie: office, home office etc...
-Have prior experience calling on US businesses/business owners
-Can work any 8 hours from 7am - 5pm CST time
-Can make at least 150 calls per day
-Produce a minimum of 10 deals per month
-No attendance issues

Responsibilities:
Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.

Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.

Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, scheduling appointments and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.

Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments.

Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.

Qualify leads to accurately convey their motivation and financial specifics.

Qualifications:
Must be able to work Virtually in the US Time Zone--Central Standard Time Zone (CST).
Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken needs to have excellent English skills both written and spoken.

Wants more for themselves than just a monthly salary.

Passionate about selling.
Enthusiastic with excellent people Upgrade to see actual infodependent and self-motivated.
Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
Ability to use or quickly learn our real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.

Experience with Commissionsinc, Boomtown or similar CRM a plus.

Again, real estate experience is a plus but we can train the right person to succeed.
