Creative, reliable and out of the box thinking T-Shirt Designer

Young german company is looking for a long term cooperation with a creative, reliable and out of the box thinking T-Shirt Designer.

What I need:
A T-Shirt designer with knowledge of English (writing)
100 designs per month on different topics (Topics are given by us)
Self-designed drawings and text designs without copyright infringement (no freely available designs by Pixabay or similar sites)
Designs are for us only and may not be sold to others
Resolution of images in 4500 (width) x 5400 (height) pixels and at least 300 dpi
File format in PNG and also the source file of every design

What I offer:
1.8 to 2.3 USD per design
Communication in English
A long-term cooperation
Weekly payment via onlinejobs.ph or PayPal
Optional: Increasing the required designs per month

If a designer intentionally violates against a trademark or if he just takes vectors from Shutterstock or other sites, he won’t get paid! And sooner or later, we’re going to find it out.
