Needing an ActiveCampaign VA - That Knows Automation Set-up/Management

I currently have an automation set up in my ActiveCampaign account, but I believe I have set it up incorrectly because those that sign up are being added twice. (They're only receiving one email like they should, but it's showing that double are in my automation.)
I'd like for someone to go in and manage/fix this. Thank you!
