Experienced CMS Website developer for Mobile and Desktop views (responsive)

I want to realize a Projekt - which includes a responsive Website, an iOS WebApp and an Android WebApp.

I will display Contentinformation for two Usergroups Customers and Merchants.



We have to discuss which content (Branding, Logo, Design, Texts, … in which Format) has to be available available before you can start your work.



Please make me an offer and give me a Timerange when you can realize that.

Additionally we should discuss - Whoch Accounts or Hosting has to be made how.

And also i need the decision which Conten Managenment System would be the best to use for my project and why -
