Customer Service/Sales Rep

Professional firm in the USA looking for an individual to take incoming calls and to also make outgoing calls. The incoming callers will be screened to identify those who need the services the firm offers. If the caller is interested in a free consultation, you will set up an appointment for the caller to meet one of our professionals at the firm's office. You will also be required to return and make calls for individuals interested in the firm's services to screen and set up Upgrade to see actual info addition, you may be called upon to call existing clients with updates and to make calls of a general nature to other individuals or entities with whom the firm does business - as directed by one of our professionals.

Good English speaking skills required along with good ability in good abilities in Microsoft Word, Gmail, internet, etc.

ABILITY TO SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH A HUGE PLUS.

Background in customer service/sales would be very helpful for this position.
