Need A PHP Programmer and Database Expert

I am currently looking for a virtual PHP Programmer to join my team. Here are my requirements.

Specific:
Ability to work with php and mysql database
Experience with Wordpress

Genereal:
Read and write excellent English (paid tasks will test your English competency) spoken English is an asset
Begin tasks within 12 hours of receiving tasks and and have them completed quickly and to a high quality
Answer emails within 4 business hours in your timezone
Provide daily reports on the activities of the day, the hours spent and the tasks I need to take action upon
Sign a standard non disclosure and non compete agreement before starting
Ask for help when needed

This will be a 40 hour a week Job
