-Book Appointments
-Return all missed calls

-Execute Lead Generation

-CRM Management (Podio)
-Send 30 Offers per day
-Running Deal Analysis: Determining ARV, Estimating Repair Costs
-Misc. Admin tasks
-Scrape classifieds (i.e. - Craigslist, Zillow, Etc.)
-Make MLS Offers
-Use Voxer for daily communication with the team
