Virtual Assistant. part-time work at first, leading up to full-time after a few months

looking for a committed, hard-working assistant. Good English skills are the first and foremost priority. Should have knowledge of internet marketing. Know how things work together to make a website profitable. This includes Search Engine Optimization, keyword search, long-tailed keywords, wordpress, blogger, podcasting, web2.0, article markting etc.
If you know how to build a website (not just blog) that is a bonus, but not required. But please tell me what other internet and marketing skills you have.
Communication is critical. I will not tolerate you disappearing for a week, (everyone used the same excuse). This a job, the person that puts their heart into will end up very successful.
