Job description:
- Receive recruitment requests form Recruitment Manager and implement the recruitment plan and create job descriptions.
- Contact suitable candidates via job sites, social channels, relationships in both domestic and foreign markets.
- Setting up interviews, evaluate and announce interview results.
- Report recruitment situation weekly and monthly
- Support recruitment events of the Company
- Other administrative tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Male/female under 35
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business or equivalent
- Proven work experience (at least 2 years) in recruiting senior-level candidates
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Abilities to identify and evaluate potential candidates
- Good organization skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Passionate and responsible
- English fluency or Vietnamese basics
