Real Estate VA - Cold Caller - Lead Gen Manager

Hi,
I am primarily looking for a cold caller but would also like that person to be familiar with real estate and be able to manage lead flow and follow-up.
- Proficiency in cold calling at high volume (mostly outbound but some inbound)
- Ability to build rapport and follow a script
- Data entry and management skills and familiarity with Podio CRM
- Ability to generate, nurture and follow-up with leads
- Excellent conversational english and great work ethic
- Access to or familiarity with a power dialer (mojo, calltools, phone burner etc.)

Ideally you would start out cold calling and then graduate to lead manager where you would handle the lead generation process Upgrade to see actual info your response you don't need to respond directly to each point in my ad, you can talk instead about your experience and use this as a guide. I am a real estate wholesaler - I am looking to reach out to people at scale and find people who would be interested in selling their homes for cash. This is a numbers game that depends on volume, consistency and follow-up.
