eCommerce Assistant

Description
• Perform a wide range of tasks for our digital team to support the efficient operation of the Upgrade to see actual infosential
• Ability to self learn is a MUST!
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Has a passion for organizing information and administrative work
• Must have a strong sense of urgency and able to juggle multiple projects with accuracy
• Knowledge of systems & languages such as Klaviyo, Airtable, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid is a PLUS!

Responsibilities
• Assist our digital team in the day-to-day maintenance and operation of all our sales channels (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon)
• Update product information, content and images on the websites
• Report and investigate any operational/technical issues that arise
• Handle requests for information and data
• Perform administrative tasks
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Dedicated and Loyal - This is a full-time long-term position. Outside work is discouraged but not prohibited. The person filling this position is not allowed to take outside work or freelance work without expressed permission from the company.
