Personal Assistant Needed

We are looking for 2 assistants for our company directors.

We are looking for a dynamic "problem solving" with the who has the ability to:

- Be able to conduct in depth research into companies' websites online and provide reports based on their current market position. I will show you what i need my reports to look like, you will need to research.

- Be able to prepare presentations, reports and proposals as required.

- Be familiar with Zen Desk

- Exceptional organisational skills

- Works well with team members

- Project management skills and time management skills would be ideal too

- Be familiar with the process of how a website is developed

- Be familiar with online marketing strategies such as SEO, PPC, Social Media, Facebook Ad's.

- Be able to read and make sense of google analytics data

- Be able to make modifications to wordpress and joomla sites as requested (please note that if you cannot code and understand PHP code and get into the core structure of wordpress you will not be suitable. Basically, you must know a lot more than just the admin panel of a wordpress. You will need to be able to troubleshoot coding problems)

- Have exceptional written and spoken English skills. You will be required to interact with customers and coders.

- Be familiar with Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook

- Be able to transcribe audio as well as listen to meetings and extract the agreements made or tasks set in those meetings to be provided in a summary email and placed for our team to action

You will need to be very flexible with your schedule with me. Some days you might start early ie: 5am Philippines time, others start late and work early. Weekends may also be a requirement at times.
