Real Estate Assistant/ Entreprenuer Assistant

I need an assistant to market my company websites, answer phones, cold call, negotiate with home owners, make offers, complete sales contract, analyze properties, make appointments, post ads, interview applicants, manage email, and online marketing and manage email marketing our properties to investors, and social media marketing, and launching and managing marketing campaigns.

You will also be assisting my eCommerce business I need you place orders, manage inventory, add new listings, add tracking number, and very minimal customer service.

You will work most of the time for the real estate company, but you will also work a few hours a week in the ecommerce business.

I'm looking for someone who is a fast thinker, has a very good and warm phone voice, someone who wants to stick with the company and grow with the company long term. We treat our employees like family and value their hard work and we will reward you based on your performance and we give lots of bonuses and surprises to our Upgrade to see actual info additional to making $480 per month you could make extra $100 in bonuses from our rewarding system if you meet your monthly goals. So you could potentially make up to $580 per month. You will be paid on the 2nd and 16th of the month.

If you do not have experience we are willing to train, very smart, ambitious people who love to embrace new challenged. You must have a good and warm phone voice and be able to negotiate and you must be good at selling or persuading people.

If you are good in Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, and Photoshop this is a huge plus.

You must start work between 8am-10am Eastern time and work 8 hours with 1 hour lunch Monday through Friday. We would also like you to work up to two Saturdays a month if needed, but working Saturdays doesn't happen that often.
