Looking for Joomla and XML expert

Mijn idea is to sell used car parts from other countries into Holland. For this a website has been made with Joomla 3.0, with a custom component. The first XML feed is already connected to this. This one has to be improved but more important a second and third feed need to be made. Also the backend, webshop, part request form, a few changes in front end and and simple SEO needs to be done. I am looking for someone who can do this job within 3 weeks.
