Design-Oriented Front End Developer (Beaver Builder and Divi experience Required!)

We are an SEO-first web design company looking to hire an additional front-end developer with an eye for design. We have some pretty specific requirements for our builds, so please read carefully. If you meet the requirements, we're pretty fun to work with :-)

This is for a temporary to full-time position.

Requirements: Candidates should be able to use Beaver Builder, and Divi's builder efficiently. CSS knowledge is a plus, but not Upgrade to see actual infoO knowledge is also a plus, but not required. Anything you cannot easily implement can be sent to your supervising developer and they can assist. A plus would be if you have experience with conversion-centered design, but we will be providing clear specifications regarding our preferences for CCD, so while a plus, this is also not required.

We are mainly interested in someone with a good eye for design, and front-end Development experience who can work efficiently and collaboratively in a team.

Pay: We are looking for $8/hour to start
If after 90 days everything is going well, we will hire you for a full-time position.

Hours: You would need to be available during our working hours of M-F 8am-4pm central US time. You wouldn't be expected to be on call for all of these hours, but it's necessary to keep hours that will let you collaborate with team members when you have active projects, or if a team member is waiting on something from you.

You would be working with an existing developer/project manager who will help you get acquainted with our guidelines and build specs. Your duties will be focused primarily on the list of aesthetic front-end design tasks you are given, to establish the site’s global style, they also flesh out and create each page in the given sitemap.
