WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

We shall provide you full training and support on other aspects of the business, but you must be keen to learn, a fast learner.

RESPONSIBILITIES (All or combination of the following)
1. Administration and Miscellaneous tasks
• As and when instructed by the company
• Assist the CEO, Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager as and when appropriate.
• Making full use of the company’s CRM and get the maximum benefit as and when appropriate.

2. Research and Marketing
• LIST BUILDING: Data Scraping, Data Mining, Website search, phone number research, prepare E-mail ID List, verify the IDs using Upgrade to see actual info - and sending series of emails and follow up via email and phone call as and when appropriate.
• Internet market research and lead generation — LinkedIn Data Mining, Mailing List development, Lead Generation.
• Virtual Administrative support - Data Collection/Data Entry, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / CRM database building and updating.
• Social Media Marketing – Updating the company pages and posting new update regularly.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

3. Recruitment Support
• Jobs posting on CRM and in various Job Boards
• Post jobs on Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info etc.
• Making Boolean Strings and using them on various job boards for candidate search
• Searching for candidates with matching job specification from CRM database and various job boards we have access with
• Qualify candidates by sending JD’s and questionnaires and follow-up by phone call, emails, or SMS.
• Filter candidates according to job criteria and submit CVs to the Project Managers
• Contacting candidates, following-up applications, negotiating salaries, as and when appropriate.
• Sending recruiting emails to passive and active candidates and following up when necessary.
• Assist Project Managers in preparing candidates’ summary sheet, questionnaires, and CV’s for submission to the client.
• Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals.
• Keep in touch with past applicants as and when appropriate.
