Wordpress expert in set-up, install and mantain Web Sites

Hi,
I’m looking for a person in love with Wordpress that knows hot to set up the platform, install themes, set up pages, posts, install plugins and configure them.
Basically he/she will be required to set up a functioning website in wordpress from 0 to 100% with all pages and functionalities.

I have a quite big base of web sites and I need to grow others.
I’m looking for long time job relationship, the person can either have already a good base of SEO and Web Marketing subjects or can learn it on the go.

Please explain to me in some words:

1 - What do you like most to work on in this industry
2 - If and where you have already experience
3 - Do you currently have a job either full-time or part-time?
4 - Where are you based in the Philippines
5 - Are there often power outages in your area?

Please do not just answer Yes or no, in the answer I also would like to understand your level of English.

Some of the tasks you might be doing are:
1 - Wordpress SetUP
2 - Plugin Installation and configuration
3 - Page creation according to text, graphic and images or other multimedia provided
4 - Some Css modifications might be needed
5 - Basic images manipulation to optimize size and quality

If you have also Wordpress plugin development Skills and or php skills please note them on the answer it might be a plus
