Graphic Designer

My name is Jörg (similar to George in english), I am German, 45 years old and I want to build a T-Shirt and accessory business.
I am looking for a very good graphic designer who creates high-quality designs for T-Shirts (and other things) to help me start this Upgrade to see actual info case of good commitment our contract can be unique and exclusive.

General rules for the designs:
Keep it simple
Be (and keep being) creative
3 colours max.
4000x4000 pixel (or 5400x4500 for MbA)Upgrade to see actual infodpi
No copies/duplicates
100% copyright for me
At least 2 possible adjustments for each design before approval

I would want you to work full time for me.
I would send you some guidelines/specifications and sometimes an example to work with.
For example: I need 10 designs with the subject “Funny Halloween” with the quote “I am scared”.
Note: Sometimes I will send you words/quotes in different languages (english, german, spanish) to put into your design.

Payment should be for each design via PayPal after approval (i.e. biweekly).
I want to start on a monthly basis and if everybody is happy, we can talk about long term.

How many designs can you (realistically) create in 1 week?

What is your price range for 1/10/100 designs?
