Real Estate Virtual Assistant

I need a VA that can handle all social media platforms, someone that is an expert at all social media to make sure I am touching everyone. I need someone that is an expert at Websites, I would like for the person to totally maintain my website with adding valuable information and capturing and monitoring leads. I need someone that can cold call to expired listings, for sale by owners, etc. I need someone that has a professional speaking voice and someone that can get me the listing and buyer appointments. I will need to have potential sellers called and asked if they would like to sell their property. Also I would like to have calls answered from incoming callers. I need someone to manage my drip campaigns for past clients and new Upgrade to see actual info would be great if the candidate has worked with Keller Williams Realty before and someone that is familiar with real estate scripts.
