Marketing Assistant - Infusionsoft Keap Based

Project: Marketing Assistant VA - Infusionsoft Emphasis – part time
Busy marketing company needs assistance with basic Infusionsoft tasks. There are series of items we need help with and are listed here. Must be willing to work 20 hours per week from your location and be available for work Monday – Friday. Many tasks will need completed within the same U.S. work day.
1) Loading email content and scheduling email broadcasts into Infusionsoft client accounts
2) Processing orders inside of Infusionsoft for products and services
3) Basic campaign updates in Infusionsoft
4) Basic Infusionsoft campaign build based upon provided specifications
5) Copy or lead email content from documents or another email platform such as constant contact or mailchimp
6) Quality test campaigns, links, decision diamonds, etc.
6) Other duties as assigned
This process and duties will evolve over time. Other items will be added as we go. You must be organized to work with multiple accounts. Prior understanding of Infusionsoft and email marketing is VERY helpful.
We manage our tasks and projects using Upgrade to see actual info so prior knowledge of teamwork is helpful but not necessary.

You may need to respond to emails on occasion, so you must be able to have conversation writing skills to relay messages back.
If you don’t have enough of the above, we will have you work on research projects (web research) or social media (depending on your skillset) that will guarantee your 20 hours per week.
This is a Part Time position and we have a 30 day trial period. You will be paid weekly on Monday via PayPal. You will need to be comfortable singing an NDA and your time will be tracked via TimeDoctor.
