Who We Are
Aleksander Vitkin (Upgrade to see actual info) is an entrepreneur and business coach who has helped thousands to start and scale their own six and seven figure online advertising agencies.

His online business school has hundreds of current students and over 2 dozen collaborators.

Aleksander provides training, coaching, and mentoring on the principles and techniques that entrepreneurs need to increase their marketing and bottom line results through small but significant changes.

The Role
Aleksander is now looking to hire someone who helps keep track of what business owners and young entrepreneurs actually get their things done each week and setting new and more productive habits related to income-producing activities. A great weekly way to measure progress through call conversation once to twice a week.

A person who will help business owners hold themselves accountable to each week for meeting their deadlines and achieving the goals set, short-term and long-term.

To help these Entrepreneurs commit to getting things done by this date - no excuses. Make them understand what exactly they need to achieve, and help chunk it down and get it done.

Need to set up a day and a time each week for the accountability call schedule. This needs to be a very high priority, with death being the only acceptable excuse for missing the call (and even death is questionable).

And eventually, tracking progress by filling out a simple spreadsheet or journal of what has achieved in a weekly basis related but not limited to their monthly revenue, profit margin and number of hours worked in a daily average.

You will work directly with Aleksander to identify operations bottlenecks, optimize the processes and keep daily activities in the company running smoothly.

These activities are measured and deliver measurable ROI to the company.

Aleksander is looking for a highly organized virtual assistant who loves working with numbers, keep simple and more complex systems working smoothly in the company and communicate his requests to the team. This means your role would be to talk to the various team members, handle and pay invoices, have access to the company books and help with accounting tasks (no accounting expertise is required but if you have experience in this, this is a bonus).

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

1. Conduct daily business administration tasks

¬ Keep invoices paid on time following the correct process
¬ Keep business partners and affiliates happy
¬ Be the contact point for various business systems like payment gateways (PayPal, stripe, etc.)
¬ Be the contact point for Payment issues, refunds, client complaints

2. Make sure the online classes the company organizes daily run smoothly and that students are happy

¬ Identify what gets students to show up and happy and other KPIs
¬ Increase students satisfaction with the online classes
¬ Track instructor/teacher performance
¬ Report weekly to the CEO with data-driven improvements based on KPIs

3. Identify ways to save money and keep track of budgets

¬ Keep track of where the company's money goes
¬ Identify and report to the CEO how to save money and improve processes
¬ Identify and report to the CEO any payment platform risks or other financial risks like high refund rates or potentially unhappy clients that can cause trouble
¬ Identify and report to the CEO any teacher issues that can lead to drama/problems

4. Be a good team player.

¬ Be passionate about business admin
¬ Be coachable and hungry to learn new skills.
¬ Through mentorship, be willing to become world class at the key skills.
¬ Be 100% willing to work in a chaotic small business environment and help create systems to make the business more profitable
¬ Demonstrate a growth mindset and use setbacks to fuel continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree, any science/tech/education
2. Highly proficient and efficient at working at home without supervision
3. Superior communication skills
4. Superior organizer and documenter
