Virtual Assistant - Sourcing

We are looking to hire a virtual assistant to help us build our ecommerce business. The full time position will start with a 60 day trial period, after the 60 day trial period you will be rewarded with an increase in pay as well as full time benefits which include paid time off, and 13 month bonus pay. We want to hire someone who wants a long term full time position. If you intend to just work as a virtual assistant for a few months and then change careers please don’t apply. We are a USA company in the central time zone and you will need to be able to communicate with us at either 7:00 am or 10:30 pm your time on certain days especially early on for training.

Your job will mainly consist of researching Amazon and finding qualified leads that meet our very strict requirements. You will also be doing a lot of data entry in excel, and working with programs such as Process street, and Hubspot. You must be proficient in using Excel and google sheets, along with organizing and deciphering data.

Previous ecommerce experience especially with Amazon appreciated, but not required. Must have a phone and be able to use Skype. Must have a virus free computer with consistent reliable internet connection.

-Must be able to follow directions
-Strong ability to problem solve and not be afraid to ask for help when needed

-College Degree (helpful but not required)
-The candidate should be intelligent, self motivated, fast paced, and excellent in communicating

We intend to Interview who we feel are the most qualified candidates.
