Social Media Marketing Lead Generation

The problem I'm having is, I'm an Entrepreneur not a marketing expert.
I have FB, IG, need twitter, hahahaha, toooo much, and probably others.
As I battle the Amazon beast, (yes love selling products on Amazon.) I'm thinking about scaling while building / creating new brands and need a team for that.

I'm looking for someone to take over all social media,
lead generation, chat bots, and FB offers for a new pillow campaign for starters.
20 hours per wk to start then move to full time as we progress.
Wages go up as goals are met....

Truthfully, In search of that first team member that can help me take this company to the next level.
