Inside Sales Rep

I am looking for a motivated and disciplined sales rep who will be responsible for making cold calls (40 hrs) per week and has some level of background working for a real estate or investment real estate company. This person must be familiar with using a CRM, google drive, dialer services, and excel files. The requirement will be to make outbound calls, answer incoming calls and must have internet speed at least 25-50 mbps. The calls will be made using a dialer service and the expectation is to make 75-100 calls per day and follow a script to set appointments. This VA must be very organized and a team player who can multi task. Customer service and sales experience is required. Must have spent at least 2+ YEARS IN AMERICAN SCHOOLS and speak VERY GOOD ENGLISH to apply . This job may also require posting ads on social media and assisting with video production. This is a sales job, must be willing and able to make calls, follow directions, and consistent with all follow up calls.
