PRIVATE LABEL:
finding product niches
ordering samples
graphic design
EBC(enhanced brand Content)
Giveaways on amazon
manychat sequences (search find and buy)
negotiating prices
item details
item title
manage PPC
understand keywords
reordering
ranking products on amazon
organizing best phototography

WHOLESALE:
blackbox on Helium 10

email
clients
land clients
handle all reordering
ensure reorders are still profitable
invoices organized in evernote

WAREHOUSE:
process what goods are in route to warehouse
inventory: in warehouse, paid but haven't received, received but haven't paid,
when prepping goods for clients systemize inbound, sent, what was damaged upon arrival, missing inventory(be in communication with warehouse manager)

EMPLOYEE is expected to have an understanding ALL of the above by January 1st, 2019.

EMPLOYEE is expected to fill in job UNTIL its is needed to hire extra help in each Area needed.

EMPLOYEE is to have new hire employees vetted, overviewed and granted permission by either owner Garland Sullivan or Maximiliano Abreu but each owner needs to be on each communication message sent to keep each informed.

EMPLOYEE is expected to excel in each given department.

EMPLOYEE is expected to work until job is complete.

EMPLOYEE is expected to grow the Company and continue to grow revenue streams.

EMPLOYEE will bring each potential revenue streams to Max or Garland for approval before we add those to The Company.

EMPLOYEE is expected to oversee all operations of business to ensure happy clients and smooth operations.

EMPLOYEE is expected to be available 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday.

EMPLOYEE is expected to take care of all customer service inquiries under a 2 hours response time including weekend hours.(Additional employee help will be needed for this)

EMPLOYEE is given 10 working days, vacation and sick days after 6 month of employment.

EMPLOYEE is expected to have fastest internet connection and excellent computer to work.

EMPLOYEE is expected to have 5 additional holiday days(may be Filipino holidays will discuss)

EMPLOYEE is expected to have excellent verbal and written communication.

Employee Salary:

$1,500 USD/month

Will be paid twice a month.
-1st of every month, and 15th of every month via Paypal

Training/Probation Period current - January 1st.

After training period, pay will increase to normal salary of $1,500/month.
