Social Media Research/Data Mining Job

Need someone who is experienced/ has used Youtube/Instagram to find social media stars with a following. You can have experience in any of the 2 platforms. You must be able to find social media accounts with a good following. You must know how to use google sheets so you can enter the links of the influencers into it so I can see it.
