JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Call on WARM sales leads to book appointments for our insurance agents.
- Manage our Ziprecruiter Ads and Email responses and schedule candidates for an interview.
- Enter data into Aamprwqfhcmdg.yvv portal
- Follow up with new agent hires to manage the on-boarding process and make sure they are taking the necessary steps to become a licensed agent with Family First Life

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Must be able to speak perfect English with NO ACCENT
- Must have exceptional English writing skills
- Must have experience in sales and appointment setting
- Must be able to book a minimum of 25-30 appointments per week
- Must have a positive attitude with a lot of positive energy
