Project Manager / Senior Tech Lead

We are looking for a Project Manager / Senior Tech Lead with a solid background (8+ years) in computer science, full stack web development, and/or related fields. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred, a CIS Degree with a background in management will also be Upgrade to see actual info addition to managing the project, you will be working as a senior level developer alongside your team. You must have strong analytical skills, as well as a good overall understanding of the latest stacks, tools, & best practices of development. You must be able to lead a medium size team and have experience in managing projects. You will be required to make important technical recommendations & implementing such recommendations.
Other key roles and activities to include experience in the Agile environment, Business Analysis, Documentation, Prototyping and Testing. Must have experience implementing security principles and ability to develop/maintain Restful API web services for the mobile app. You must be extremely competent in Java, MySQL, Java Script and other related technologies. Be familiar with project management tools like Upgrade to see actual info, Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.
The following skills are a plus – PHP including Laravel, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, Security, Dev Ops and Sys Admin Skills.
This opportunity is for a remote, full-time, independent contract with a 30-day probationary period. Applicant must reside in the Philippines, preferably in or near Makati / Manila area. Salary range is PHP 100,000 – 140,000/month - based on experience. Additionally, there is participation in a monthly bonus pool and personal bonuses.
