JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented individual who has a strong desire to learn and advance professionally, who embraces a challenge and has a high-level attention for detail. The candidate must be highly organized, motivated, resourceful and a quick learner. Excellent communication, writing and verbal skills is a must.
About Company:
We are small USA based company located in Evansville, Indiana. Our primary function is sales, marketing and service of insurance products for property, automobiles and businesses. We work closely with other professionals in Real Estate. We represent several National and World Wide companies.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Reports to President/C.E.O.
Work Time Zone: Must be available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Central Standard Time (CST) to start with potential future adjustment and flexibility after 3 month training Upgrade to see actual infopensation:
Full-time – from $350 to $500 per month based on skill level and training required. Paid weekly on Friday.
Part-time - $175-$250 per month based on skill level and training required. Paid Weekly on Friday.

Daily Work Description:
-Data entry, processing, and reconciliation
-Incoming and Outgoing phone calls
-Generate client proposals, complete intake forms, update database.
-Update/reconcile tracking spreadsheets
-Complete follow-up tasks

Weekly/Monthly Work Description:
-Generate newsletter
-Create/Post content to blog/wordpress
-Develop marketing materials for print and digital

We will provide training and direction however current skill should include high computer and technical ability, some knowledge of computer graphic design and creative ability. Must be comfortable with video communication used for internal training and reporting only (not outside clients).

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with a U.S.A. based company
- Excellent English clerical and communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Computer with reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office : Outlook, Excel, Word and PDF document writing/editing/printing.
- Good quality headset, with noise cancellation and webcam for video/skype (training only)
- Calm and quiet workspace without distractions or background noise.
