JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities
- Preparing business/ marketing plan & proposals
- Offering bids & proposals to clients
- Negotiating with clients
- Email management
- Social Media updates (experience in social media a bonus) HOOTSUITE, BuzzBundle and other platforms
- Undertake various types of research whenever required
- Managing accounts at Elance, Odesk, Fiverr and other similar platforms
- Involved content writing as well as technical and creative writing
- Article editing
- Strong Excel skills. Need to be able to and use the functions within Excel and create reports from a dataset.
- Strong English skills and experience communicating professionally.
- Managing social media accounts
- Strong attention to detail.
- PowerPoint skills
- Involvement in website management including Wordpress and other CMS platforms
- Transcription
- Handling phone calls when required
- Appointment Setting for Clients and executives, time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note taking
- Advance Google Search abilities
- Human Resource responsibilities
- Involvement in creating monthly reports for clients and executive
- A variety of additional task
- Provide seamless support to CEO.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.

Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Office admin, VA or similar position
- 3+ years’ experience in preparing business proposals
- Technologically savvy with expert level PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while working independently.
- Very strong attention to detail and confidentiality with a commitment to high quality work product regardless of the timeline to deliver.
- Strong project management, interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude, a sense of humour and ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment.
- Ability to interface with personnel at all levels directly or virtually.
- Proven ability to take the initiative and focus on customer service and possesses a desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
- Experience doing research, identifying appropriate contacts, and building lead lists from a variety of different websites.
- Understanding and ability to work with social media sites.
- Speak excellent English.
