This job requires the following:
* Internet research savvy
* Knowledge and skills with office software (Microsoft office/Open/Libre Office)
* Great English speaking and written skills
* CRM Experience/knowledge - we use Zoho so Zoho knowledge is a plus
* Ability to learn quickly
* Voip software (you need a voip softphone or voip hardware phone - X-Lite, Zoiper, etc...)
* Be available between 9am and 5pm PST. Your schedule will need to be that of PST. You will need to be available during normal work hours but also may be required to answer critical questions outside of these hours occasionally as you will be assisting a critical decision maker who may need information occasionally outside of business hours
* You will be trained on Solar Business software and need to learn quickly. Our training processes are very thorough but your job will require learning new things regularly for which you will be trained and/or given appropriate guidance.

3. Attention to detail. You will be called by the executive to take notes, jot down tasks, organize schedules and do various research related tasks as well as compose list of items to present to the executive (normal executive assistant type tasks)
4. Follow through - you will be assisting the owner of a Solar company. His jobs involve everything from legal to managing contractors. So, it is important that you act as a facilitator - appointment reminders, make sure his calendar is complete, assist with putting his projects into project form (inside Zoho), update accounting, bill reminders, etc...
