Wordpress PlugIn / Widget

I urgently need to write a Wordpress PlugIn which give me two new widget forms for my site.
The widget forms must be similar the image widget but the title must under the picture and the hyperlink must be over title and picture. Also must the widget have a checkbox, that say "big widget" and "small widget"
The second Widget is the same, but with select a day and month and this Info ist layered over the picture. Calendar
The widgets must be translatable in German.
