Seeking Full-Time Web Designer

I'm looking to hire someone full time as a web designer for my company. The position can be remote, as long as you are easy to contact and communication won't be an issue.

Preferably, I'd like someone that has experience with html, bootstrap, photoshop, banner design, mobile friendly web design, and turning designs into html.

Experience with video editing, or making VSLs is also a strong plus.

We need some designs that would be similar to sites like:
