JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

This is a Full-Time customer support role for a North American E-Commerce company.

The position is well compensated with the opportunity to grow within the company and assume larger responsibilities as the company Upgrade to see actual infoCLUDES 13th Month Pay, performance based bonus, annual pay raise eligibility based on performance. This is a home-based position which offers the candidate convenience and flexibility in their Upgrade to see actual infoTE: Job comes with 1 month of guaranteed paid employment. Once candidate passes the training period, they will be hired permanently. The candidate will be trained by the reporting manager and will be given training Upgrade to see actual infoTE: You MUST be fluent in English (written and oral) with a good command of vocabulary and grammar. Please DO NOT apply if you are not fluent in English.

Technical Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a customer service role; previous BPO experience for a North American company is a benefit but not necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and applications (Skype, Paint, Photoshop, etc.)
- Good computer skills, accurate and fast typing speed
- Has both Facebook/Instagram accounts and uses it on a regular basis
- MUST be fluent in English (written and oral)
- Strong communication skills through phone/email with customers
- In your applications subject line write the words “Merry Christmas”
- Exceptional customer service skills and manage objections well
- Strive to make each interaction with the customer a positive experience
- E-Commerce/Shopify experience is an asset but not necessary.

- Fast learner and can complete work with minimal supervision
- Good common sense and judgement
- High energy and a positive attitude

Office Set-Up Requirement:

- Fast and stable internet connection
- Fast laptop and smartphone with latest antivirus software installed
- Quiet working space with no noise distraction
- Work hours (North American EST): Mon-Fri 10 am–4 pm + Sat-Sun 10 am–3 pm

Daily Duties:

- Respond to customer inquiries by email/phone promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle order related inquiries (shipping status, refund, reshipment, product information, order amendments, charge-backs, etc.)
- Provide a daily update to the manager
- Maintain company’s Standard Operating Procedures and implement process improvement on a continual basis.
- Daily updates to Facebook business page, moderate comments and respond to customer inquiries.
- No sales calls are required.
- Ad hoc assignments
