Wordpress website creation and sales automation (setup and ongoing)

We are a US-based accounting company with a team of bookkeepers in the Philippines. Our PH team is amazing, and we want to add part-time design and marketing talent to our team!

We are growing quickly, and we need a better online presence and better systems for tracking sales leads. Here's what we are looking for:
1. Build a Wordpress website similar to Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info. It will start out very simple but attractive, and we will add features over Upgrade to see actual info should have good SEO optimization.
2. Building and maintain systems for capturing and tracking leads in Hubspot
3. Create email marketing campaigns with attractive designs using MailChimp
4. Integrate our internal systems using built-in functions and Zapier (Slack, Asana, Freshdesk, Wordpress, Hubspot, and Mailchimp)

We would like a simple website and lead tracking system in place within 1-2 weeks, and then we will make improvements over time.
