I am looking for an experienced person to help me with the launch of an exciting new online business. This role requires someone with a great ability to speak and write in English. This is very important!
The person also needs to be available to work in line with Australian business hours - 9am to 5pm Sydney time 5 days per week.
The role will be a mix of general virtual assistant work and telemarketing to businesses in Australia.
The telemarketing aspect will only be required for a short period of time, a fortnight or so, then the rest of the time will be spent working as a virtual assistant.
Your roles will include:
- calling businesses in Australia to let them know about the launch of my website. There is no selling involved, rather it's simply leeting them know about the site and providing them with the address and details.
- sales support - if businesses get in touch with questions about the service I need someone to respond in a timely fashion
- moderating the website - there will be a lot of jobs posted on the site. I need someone to moderate these posts to ensure they meet a certain standard
- data entry - i will need lists of contact details built and updated for me
- emailing - i will need emails sent and replied to on my behalf.
- customer support - i need someone to respond to customer enquiries and questions in a timely fashion
- article writing - I will need articles written for my portfolio of websites
- general virtual admin work - emails, posting in forums, adding content to website etc
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled virtual assistant, with a great ability to write and speak english. You will have experience as a telemarketer and experience article writing and working online.
