Event Manager - luxury travel events for leading international brands

I am currently looking for someone who can support us in our boutique luxury travel/events agency SONNENKIND.

Basic facts:
- someone with extensive experience in events industry
- ideally some who also has some experience in travel industry
- languages: English is enough, if by any chance you have someone who also speak German it would be great but experience in events is much more important
- good at project management
- good with keeping track of budgets, billings, etc
- possibility to travel every now and then for special travel related projects
- good with clients as the person would be number one contact for guest management and any questions by the guests (by email, possibly in certain times also via phone)
- ideally full time

Basically the person would be supporting my company in preparing / running some amazing travel related events for big international clients like Leica Camera, Land Rover, etc.

To give you a better understanding, we have just won a project with an international car manufacturer and will be conducting three tours next year to Nepal, Mongolia and Korea…for 50 pax each…5 days/4nights each…and all this needs to be arranged (with local support in the respective countries). But overall project support, planning, guest management, guest liaison prior to the tours,…

We are also the global partner for Leica Camera and will be running some amazing photography tours worldwide for them next year where I need good support.

As you see I will need someone senior with quite some experience for this job. The person will however also need to support me with my daily flight bookings, some accounting tasks, etc
