Social Media Technician

A Social Media Technician leads in planning implementing social business solutions for all Marketecture clients. As an adviser to clients you will assist with the creation of online businesses and best practices for social market advertising. This position is responsible for developing comprehensive implementation strategies, for promoting successful marketing campaigns using social media. Maintain a personal presence with clients and act as the liaison between them and social media, consistently striving to broaden horizons.

Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable at graphic design programs
• Understand the basics of website design and creation
• Understanding of online businesses and best practices
• Previous experience using social media to promote business
• Social media project experience
• In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms
• Strong media relations skills
• Experience with customer service in business

Primary Responsibilities:
Description:
• Assist in managing, establishing and servicing client’s social media presence across all branded channels including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, YouTube and Pinterest, and others.
• Represent Marketecture in social media spaces, representing the company and our services and products.
• Monitor social media and other websites for relevant information for branding and new social media avenues
• Collaborate with the customer support team in campaign generation, distribution and tracking
• Serve as a resource for the company when questions about social media are presented
