We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate who:

So who are we? We are:
- A rapidly growing Serviced Accommodation Management business
- Marketing our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Airbnb and
- Dealing with both leisure and corporate guests, who would like to stay & are staying in our apartments
- Working to expand our business to increase our market space in our current local market, and explore operating in other local areas
The day to day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Inbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping)
- Outbound calls (Callbacks, follow-ups)

- Guest Management (using our simple drag & drop system)
- Scheduling cleaning & maintenance
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations etc.
- Strong team communication (via Slack)
- Guest Feedback Management
The right candidate will have a background with:
- Customer Services Experience
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Good written communication (English)
- Good verbal communication (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
The role will consist of 40 hours per week (time to be confirmed) and our office hours are between 09:00-22:00 GMT (Weekend and holiday coverage included)
Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential (but would be looked upon favourably) as full training will be given.
