Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking to employ a Part-Time Loan Processor/Administration Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who can work between 15-30 per week initially. We will offer flexible working hours/days for the right candidate. We will even consider making this position full time for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have the important role of supporting the Mortgage Brokers in ensuring that loan applications are submitted and processed efficiently and that clients experience exceptional service throughout the process. This is a busy work environment, so the ideal applicant will be extremely organised and work well under pressure and with deadlines. Excellent customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude are essential. We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient and highly motivated and has great written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the Finance/Banking Industry is not essential but will be highly regarded.

The Loan Processor/Administration Assistant will be responsible for:

Submitting Loan applications
Managing Loan applications from submission to settlement including:
Liaising with the Lenders to ensure that the loan applications proceed through each milestone as efficiently as possible and
Communicating regularly with clients and ensuring that clients receive exceptional customer service throughout the Upgrade to see actual infopleting Post settlement checks to ensure that all facilities and accounts are established correctly.
Conducting ongoing reviews for clients to identify ways to save them money on their loans.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as and when required.
Being extremely reliable and Upgrade to see actual infoinging a big dose of positive energy and kindness to add to the team spirit.

An understanding of the loan application process and Experience in Banking and/or loan processing will be highly regarded but is not essential.
