This job is listed at $10/h. This is adjustable based on experience and Upgrade to see actual info addition, we're hoping to be generating revenue in 3-4 months. Help us get there, and a higher salary is possible.

We are looking for help managing a psychology tools startup – Mensura Metrica.

We are currently developing psychological tools both for the general public (e.g. goal-setting, mood-tracking) and for therapists to use with their clients (e.g. electronic records, scientific progress monitoring). Our work is evidence-based and grounded in science. These tools are meant to empower our users and their clients to increase their happiness and reduce their suffering.

These projects require progress monitoring related to software features and UI design. Must haves include:

> managing software and non-software projects:

interacting with the development team and working with software requirements and specifications
interacting with psychologists and content providers
reviewing wireframes and proofs to ensure they meet specs

> finding/hiring contract designers, developers, and other professionals for short-term work (sorting resumes, conducting interviews, etc.)

> managing blog and social-media related marketing

content and article review
perhaps some content writing, though this is not required
creating and then managing a content and publication pipeline

The following tasks are available but not necessary for this job (more hours if you want them)

> market research and analysis

product market fit
competitive analysis
marketing strategy
customer retention
go to market strategy - experience with structuring a software beta is a plus!

> business strategy and budgeting

maintaining our budget, earnings, projections and etc. (currently using airtable, though no past airtable experience is required)
> administrative tasks related to daily operations

handling emails
sending and reviewing contracts (low-level, we have a legal team)
monitoring customer satisfaction
scheduling

email
list management
a variety of other daily tasks
basic online research (i.e. "please make me a list of the major venture capital firms in Toronto that invest in health tech")
Impeccable English is Upgrade to see actual infoerest or experience in Psychology and making a substantial dent in the world's suffering is a plus.

If you are not able to write emails with native or near-native fluency, please do not respond, this will not be a good fit for you.

The number of hours depends in part on your skill-set. For someone who is able to handle virtually all of the listed tasks, we can likely start at 20h/wk and build from there.

Pay is listed as $10/hour, again, this is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
