Real Estate Lead Manager/Associate

Real estate investor in US looking to fill lead manager/associate
compensation: base salary plus bonuses for performance

telecommuting okay

Real estate investment company looking for someone to answer incoming marketing calls. You must be available to take phone calls frequently. This position will require to work on night shifts to cater US time possibly 12am to 8am Philippine time. Will pay differential night rate and can have bonus.

Requirements
- Motivated individual who likes to deal with people on the phone
- You will be taking up to 50 to 100 calsls per week so you need to be available
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Will need to be able to work from home without distraction
- Must be able to speak well on the phone and build rapport with the callers
- Learn quickly and take constructive criticism
- Must have own phone and computer, able to enter data into computer based CRM system (database)
- Must be computer literate, email, google drive, google docs, etc…
- Must have patience especially for rude callers, need to take note on questions raised by each caller so we can improve the call script.

Payment:
- This will be a weekly paid position with profit sharing percentages on leads that produce
- The better you do to set our sales people up to close the deal, the more money you can make
- Bonuses for large profit months
