Masters Essay is a busy writing and editing company that specializes in academic papers. We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the role of Essay Writing Customer Service Manager.
About this position:

Masters Essay thrives on establishing long-term relationships with clients. With this in mind, the primary responsibility of the Essay Writing Customer Service Manager is to ensure that clients are fully satisfied and will use our services again. To do this, the Customer Service Manager is required to log in online during scheduled hours and will answer client inquiries, provide quotes, collect fees, record orders, and send orders to our project managers. This position requires approximately 35 hours a week; please note that this may fluctuate, as hours depend on how busy we are (and this, in turn, fluctuates depending on the post-secondary calendar).
We are seeking a candidate that is able to work independently and have a minimum of 2 years customer service management experience. We are currently in the process of establishing a customer service team. The Customer Service Manager would be responsible for taking lead on establishing a customer service team in which team members will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
To apply for this position, you MUST have:
• At least a 4 year degree from an accredited university or college (proof of education must be provided upon request).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Customer Service Manager may be the first individual that a client speaks with, and therefore, it is critical to convey professionalism and capability in order to secure their business.
• A keen sense of time management. Reliability is critical; you must meet deadlines and promptly accomplish tasks.
• A willingness to work the occasional weekend and late evening, though there is also some flexibility with hours.
• Ability to work independently and multi task


TWO YEARS AMERICAN OR CANADIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
