We are looking for a Chat Support Associate with 3+ years experience as Team Lead and in customer service, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file
Will act as a liaison, provide information and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Answering support chats for decentralized applications
Escalating any priority or unanswered chats to the right person
Tagging all support chats appropriately and maintaining consistent chat history data
Create daily report
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Assist in creating SOPs
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in Team Lead - Customer Service
Experience with any chat support system
Experience in using Time Doctor
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Willingness and curiosity to learn a new, complex industry
Previous crypto experience/understanding (preferred but willing to train)
Ability to maintain patience and think critically to troubleshoot and guide users to a timely resolution
Tech-savvy, understanding of how applications works
Ability to understand which issues should be forwarded on to higher level support for the resolution.
