Role: Full Time Executive Assistant
Salary: $650/month
Schedule: 1:00AM to 9:00 AM PH Time

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with 3+ years providing support for and working one on one with a digital entrepreneur. You will need to act proactively, compete for urgent tasks, work on sensitive deadlines with minimal guidance or Upgrade to see actual infotails of the Responsibilities and Tasks

Admin experience
Manage calendars (Google cal, iCal, etc)
Manage email inboxes (Google, Zoho Desk, ZenDesk)
Online Research
Data Entry
File Management
Creating a team schedule
Maintaining some of the client’s personal records
Note taking/transcribing audio recordings


Email
Management & Customer support
Filtering and Sorting emails
Responding to event booking inquiries with quotes
Sending over venue rental contracts (preparing them with client data)
Coordinating venue volunteer schedules
Prioritizing important emails to bring to the client’s attention


Calendar management
Maintain and organize calendar software with upcoming online appointments, in-person meetings, and Upgrade to see actual infonding meeting invites across several personal and team calendars (Google Calendar)
Manage scheduling software for client and provide reminders to upcoming events and activities


Logistics
Organize transportation activities and make travel arrangements
Give recommendations for hotels, Airbnb, restaurants, bars and other accommodations that fit the client’s preferences and location





Skills and Experience Required

Excellent knowledge of Google App (Gdrive, Gdocs, Gsheets, etc.)
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in phone support (1-3 calls/day)
Experience in account management (Upgrade to see actual info)
Experience in canceling and setting-up invoices
Experience in CRM and Customer Support applications
Strong attention to detail
