Job Title: Social Media and Marketing VA
Workload: 25 hours/week (Mon - Fri)
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM Philippine Time
Salary: $437 / month



Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Marketing Virtual assistant to manage marketing, social media and responsible for other ad hoc Upgrade to see actual infotails of the Responsibilities and Tasks

Admin
Handle administrative requests and Workflow documentation
Excellent knowledge of Google Docs
File organization (Google Drive, etc.)


Social media monitoring and management
Create blockchain/cryptocurrency content for social media channels
Execute, measure and report on social media marketing campaigns.
Manage Meetup pages updating events, and scanning for spam comments, ones needing responses..etc.
Manage social media account (scheduling, posting preferably knowledgeable on Buffer or another program)
Website
Responsible for adding provided material to the website when needed (Wordpress)
Good attention to detail, proofreading skills


Email
Management
Responding immediately to messages that can be answered very briefly on social media channels.
Filtering and Sorting emails to the appropriate person from the team
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Skills and Experience Required
Knowledge in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain- Big Plus
Knowledgeable in Online Research & File Organisation
Excellent knowledge of Google Docs & Wordpress
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience managing client’s email and business support emails
Experience with either Photoshop or Illustrator
Ability to get work done under a tight deadline with accuracy
Work efficiently and proactively under minimum supervision
Familiar to social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Good general computer skills with decent PC and internet
Fast learner/actor
