We are a well-established Branding and Digital Marketing Agency looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant and Project Manager to join our team. Looking for a great person with GREAT English Skills! Work for a Great Company! Bi-Weekly Pay + Bonuses + Vacation + Holidays

Qualities and Skills we are looking for:
** Looking for someone who has managed multiple projects, SEO campaigns, etc before. Past experience a MUST!
** MUST speak/type in English very well
** Must be willing to learn and be trained (We provide plenty of training (live and video and written) and we invest people who show that they are dependable and hard working team members.)
** Must have good/stable internet and workspace
** be able to follow directions and immediately implement as instructed and hold other team members accountable
** have a very good knowledge level of Digital Marketing channels -- Google, Facebook, SEO, etc.

You MUST be a diligent, honest, hard-working person. We want hard workers who have a good knowledge of SEO and will work for the time they are paid for. All team members' time worked on each project is tracked via Teamwork.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

MANAGE A SMALL DIGITAL MARKETING TEAM CONSISTING OF: web developer, web designer, graphic designer and digital marketing tech

These team members complete tasks such as:
• Create Web 2.0 accounts and complete profiles
• Interlink web 2.0 and social accounts for SEO
• Setup and manage Google Adwords campaigns
• Setup and manage Facebook ad campaigns
• Work within a project management system and team chat
• Post articles to Wordpress and other blogging platforms
* Post content to social media accounts

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Wage/Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience and resume ($Upgrade to see actual infoUSD per month)
Monthly Salary Based On Experience+Bonus+Vacation+Sick Days
Performance-Based Bonuses start after a probationary term

• Will pay for 1st week, then on a bi-weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve
