I'm looking for an experienced VA to manage a variety of tasks. The job will start with 20 hours per week, and for the right candidate will evolve into a full time position. Tasks include:
Primary Tasks:
- Working with Excel doing data entry, data analysis
- Working in PowerPoint to format and clean up presentations (High powerpoint skills needed)
- Online research for a variety of subjects
- Data entry into QuickBooks online
- Scheduling appointments into Google Calendar
Secondary Tasks:
- Website development using Magento
- Data entry into online e-commerce store
Experience and Skills needed:
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Accounting experience would be an asset
- Graphic Design skills are a must for cleaning up powerpoint presentations
- High attention to details (respond to this job posting with "Hey there Ron,")
- We will be sharing a Trello Board for the assigning of tasks
- We will be sharing a google calendar for booking my appointments
