WordPress Developer / Programmer

We are looking for a hard-working WordPress developer and programmer for a full-time, secure job. You will need to understand PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap and the usual array of normal, web-related languages. If you have worked with ActiveCampaign or any other CRM and/or marketing automation platform, extra points.

When applying, tell us about your experience with complex WordPress projects and/or actual coding. We need somebody who is capable of understanding raw code and solving actual coding problems. We are not looking for a template-filler and will figure it out in a matter of hours if you don't have the skills to do the job.

You will be working under the supervision of people who understand your job and know how long it takes to complete tasks. Tasks are allocated through the Teamwork project management system. You will need to account for your time, but we will not be micro-managing you. You'll need to show initiative and be able to complete work in a timely manner.

Work hours are 8.00 am to 6.00 pm (Philippines time), Monday to Friday. If you sometimes need to work more hours than that we'll pay you for that time. These hours are non-negotiable, but we can be flexible if you need time away to deal with family matters, children, etc.

Salary will depend upon your prior experience and previous pay scale. We are based in Manila, and payment is made every 15th and 30th of the month in Pesos, via direct credit to your BPI bank account.

You'll need reasonable English skills, although you will rarely or never have to interact directly with clients. You will mostly be working under the direction of a native Tagalog Upgrade to see actual infoerviews will be held over Skype. We want somebody who can start immediately.
