Customer Support (Zendesk) and General Admin Support

Customer Support and VA/Admin role for a technology startup.

2ndLease is a marketplace that enables consumers to furnish their home on subscription from local suppliers.

This role focusses on running the customer support function using Zendesk.

Experience with Zendesk is important, some macro's are setup, however business process improvement skills will be advantageous-

No technical support is required.

Other duties might include phone support, so phone support experience would be appreciated.

posting ads on gumtree using a vpn is another job when not answering support tickets.

Any experience with zoho, hubspot, adobe photoshop software is also well regarded.

Looking to start asap, processes have been written however improving these processes will be your objective.
